What days and times does the trolley run?
A: Our schedule varies by day, please find full day/time schedule and more route information here.
Where is the trolley?
A: Click here to see the current location of the trolley. Please note, due to spotty service, sometimes the location is not accurate.
Where can I purchase tickets?
A: Tickets are available for purchase on our website. Our QR code tickets are digital and the driver will scan them when you board the trolley. Click here to purchase tickets. (We highly encourage you to purchase tickets in advance, but our drivers will accept cash on board (exact change only)).
How many rides is the ticket good for?
A: We offer single rides and daily passes. Daily passes and are good for one person, for as many rides that day as you would like.
What can I bring on the Trolley?
A: You can bring small personal items, backpacks, etc. One cooler per family is allowed. We do not allow: grills, gas/anything flammable, large bulky items (bikes, kayaks, large chairs, etc). If you have any of these items, our drivers will not allow you on board.
Can I bring my pet with me?
A: Yes, we allow dogs/cats as long as they are leashed and controlled.
Do I need to buy tickets for my kids?
A: Yes, all individuals over the age of 3 need a ticket. We offer 1/2 price tickets for children under 10.
Is the Trolley wheelchair accessible?
A: Unfortunately neither of our Trolleys are wheelchair accessible.
Is the Trolley available for private rentals/events?
A: Yes! We are available for local events, weddings, etc. Please email us at: Kaaterskilltrolley@gmail.com for more information
Is food and drink allowed?
A: You can bring sealed food or drink items. There is no eating, drinking alcoholic beverages or smoking (cigarettes or e-cigarettes) allowed on board.
What is your refund policy?
A: We do not offer refunds. Please ensure to purchase a trolley ticket for the day you plan on riding with us.
